Admission Procedure

Our admission process is designed to be transparent, simple, and parent-friendly. We ensure every child receives equal opportunity while maintaining the highest academic standards in a nurturing environment.

01 Registration forms are available ONLY at the school office. Xerox or exchanged forms are not permitted.
02 Submit the duly filled form along with a recent passport-size photograph of the child affixed on the form.
03 Attach an attested copy of the child’s birth certificate issued by the Municipality.
04 Priority is given to outstation students from CBSE or State Board schools, subject to seat availability.
05 The new academic session for Classes 9th & 10th begins from 7 April, and Classes 1st to 8th from 26 June.
06 Admission for Nursery to KG-2 begins from 1 July. Parents must accompany the child at 08:45 a.m.
07 Students seeking admission from Class 2 onwards must submit a valid Transfer Certificate by 30 June.

Admission Rules & Documents

To ensure a smooth and transparent admission process, parents are requested to carefully follow the guidelines and submit all required documents within the stipulated time.

01 School fees for the new academic year will be accepted in the first week of April.
02 For parents’ convenience, books and uniforms will be available at the school premises from 30 March to 30 April, between 09:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.
03 Students seeking admission from Class 2 onwards must submit a valid Transfer Certificate by 30 June.
04 For outstation students, the Transfer Certificate must be duly signed by the Education Officer of the previous city.
05 A child joining school for the first time must produce authentic proof of date of birth issued by the Municipality (baptism certificate applicable for Christian students).
06 Neither affidavit nor kundli for date of birth is acceptable. Change in date of birth will not be entertained later.
07 A progress report from the previous school is mandatory at the time of admission.
08 Admission will be confirmed ONLY after submission of all required documents and the first installment of fees.

Step 1: Registration
